All sales on The Private Case are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Physical prints are made to order and fulfilled by Prodigi, an independent print-on-demand partner — exact colors and materials may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Physical prints are made-to-order and, in keeping with standard print-on-demand policy, are only replaced or refunded for a misprint or shipping damage reported within 30 days — not for a change of mind, since each print is produced specifically for your order. Physical apparel is fulfilled by Printful, an independent print-on-demand partner, on the same made-to-order terms. The apparel line is offered only for suggestive (risqué-grade) material; nude-grade work is sold as wall art only, and explicit material is not offered for sale at all.

Every piece reproduced here is verified public domain in the United States — published through 1930 — under its named source institution’s own record, and passes a logged human review before it is shown. See the gates and the dignity doctrine.
